Laura has worked as a therapist for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to her role as a senior therapist at re:lax, having worked with all different skins and skin complaints.

Grace knows all too well how a stressful and busy work life can show up on your skin. A career in catering was having a negative impact on Grace’s skin and overall wellbeing and she found that lifestyle adjustments and a holistic approach made all the difference.

Grace studied to be a therapist with re:lax skin school and is excited to help her clients destress, decompress, and float out of the treatment room.

Mandy joined the team in Hackney in 2025 after completing her facials training at re:lax skin school.

Offering our Bespoke, Gua Sha, LED, Men’s, Pregnancy and New Mum facials, Mandy loves to create a safe and calming space for her clients to switch off from outside stresses while she takes care of the glow.

After training in 2017, May became a medicines assistant before finding her way back to becoming a holistic facialist.

Lucy has a background in fashion merchandising but has always had a great love of skincare and self care.

Lizzie is a qualified facialist and graduate of re:lax Skin School.

Previously she had a 20 year career in nutrition as a natural foods chef, cooking for meditation and yoga retreats, working as a personal chef and as a small business owner making healthy and delicious food. A native Londoner she has recently returned from North Carolina, USA, where she lived for last 20 years. 

Lizzie loves helping people feel nourished on the inside and out and it felt like a natural evolution to go from cooking nutritious food to offering holistic facials. She is passionate about natural products and believes that deep relaxation is a nutrient we all need more of.

Viktorija trained as a facialist following a decade-long career in accounting and is our Studio Supervisor in Borough Yards.

She furthered her training with re:lax skin school and loves the feeling of sharing energy with her clients, helping them to relax and achieve their longterm skin goals.

Alexander fell in love with skin while doing research for his own skincare journey. Having rosacea himself, Alexander has experienced firsthand how skincare can transform confidence and loves to help clients reach their skin goals, as well as ensuring they feel relaxed and calm during the treatment.

Alexander offers all of our facials and advanced facials including Dermapen.

Hana worked as a massage therapist for ten years in London and Peru before training to become a facialist. She loves to help her clients totally relax, take a break from their busy schedules and hold space for themselves during the treatment.

Katty joined the re:lax team in Borough Yards in 2025.

With over ten years in the industry under her belt, working as a facialist with brands including Elemis and FaceGym, Katty will get you lifted, toned and sculpted, whether you’re getting ready to hit the red carpet or the office on a Tuesday.

Lou has worked as a makeup artist for the last 20 years, specialising in green beauty for 15 of those. As a makeup artist understanding skin and skincare is key, and Lou has always been fascinated by it. Six years ago, she trained in Indian Head Massage and loved it. She has since been training in different facial therapies, many of which have been at Re:lax Skin School.

Lou is passionate about skin and skin health and enjoys helping clients to understand their skin more. She is an advocate for using products that support the skin, but also the planet. Sustainable beauty is very important to her.

Lou has a keen interest in natural and holistic health which she believes are also key to skin health. Her Bespoke Facials will help calm and de-stress the mind and body, which in turn enliven the skin. She loves the power of massage to relieve tension, but also how it works on many different systems of the body, and clients walk away feeling so rejuvenated.

Fong is a member of our Front of House team and Studio Supervisor based at our Borough Yards studio.

She has 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, first as a therapist and now dedicated to ensuring that re:lax runs smoothly day-to-day and that all of our clients have a wonderful experience.

Eloïse is a member of our Front of House team working in Hackney and Borough Yards.

With a passion for skincare and self care, Eloïse brings her years of experience as a clinic manager and dietician. She loves making each person's visit as relaxing, joyful and special as possible.

Jean works across operations for re:lax studios, re:lax skin school and re:lax skin store.

She joined re:lax in 2023 as a member of the Front of House team, following her role as the operations and production assistant manager at an organic skincare company.
